Mr. Knox specializes in the employer based Human Resources arena at the national and international level as it relates to wage and labor compliance issues. He is imminently qualified in guiding employers through all facets of employment related subjects based on over twenty years of business ownership and his sales, marketing, management, and training experience. Randy acts on behalf of the employer representing their best interests with administrative agencies such as EEOC, Unemployment, Workers’ Comp, Unions, and more.
Randy has been involved with companies of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies including The Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, PepsiCo, Xerox, and Nabisco. His industry portfolio includes, but is not limited to: Healthcare, Medical Private and Group Practice, Home Health, Assisted Living, Pharmaceutical, and Not-for-Profit; Manufacturing, Distribution, Food Service and Consumer Products; Banking, Insurance and Legal; Engineering, Technology, Architecture & Design, IT, Commercial Real Estate and Commercial and Residential Construction; Print and Electronic Media, Entertainment, Hospitality, Sports Fitness, Golf Courses, Marinas, and Parks & Recreation.
Mr. Knox has drafted workplace policies and practices, created or revised company handbooks, and led or been involved in legal and effective hiring and termination procedures. Randy has trained organizations in harassment, sexual harassment and discrimination and has been the lead in performing internal investigations in those matters. He is considered an expert in wage and benefit analysis, employee relations, organizational development, job descriptions, communications, training and diversity.
