Sally possesses the critical administrative expertise to meet and exceed the compliance requirements to pass any internal or agency audit.
Ms. Nichols' career in Human Resources allows her to bring a unique perspective to the day-to-day working environment and culture of any industry and organization ensuring the reduction of costly turnover and minimizes the threat of employee litigation. Sally has a unique ability to speak with people in a way that produces a win-win scenario for the employer and the employee. She is proactive in recognizing situations and creating innovative solutions to resolve them before they escalate.
